It is popular because an entry to the arrest history is made whenever an arrest is made and it will stand no matter what the outcome from the arrest is. After a break-up, most people find themselves thinking “what can I do to get my girlfriend back”. They start to think about all the things that they could have done differently, and they begin to make plans about letters and phone calls that might help them get their relationship back on track.
But thinking this way is often a completely fruitless waste of time and energy. It is probably a very emotional time for a women, who may not even know herself, all of the factors that have led to the break-up and why she is feeling the way she is.

You want to win back your ex and give the relationship another try. Dont expect things to stay the same like the last time. You never realized that things were starting to fall apart and you thought everything was alright.
You never thought that it would get to the point where it was too late to make things right. Maybe it was something you both did that lead to the end of your relationship. Albert Einstein said that “Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” This is true if you commit yourself to a long term relationship that needs to fix and you want to reunite with your ex.
People want to get back together with their ex and pick up where they left off. They fail to identify the reason for the break up and the issues which led to the end of the relationship. If the problem is left unresolved then dont expect things to work out in the end.
Whatever problems you had prior to breaking up, you better work to get them fixed before you work to get back together with your ex. If there was something that you had a problem with then fix it. Get counseling or therapy if you need to but, no matter what, address your own situations first.
If it is the other person in the relationship who had some issues that caused the relationship to end. Make sure that they have taken credible steps to fix the issues. When you are wanting to get back together and they haven’t done anything to fix things on their end then you will be dealing with it all over again.
Getting some couples therapy would help fix the problems that you have had in the past if you are thinking of getting back together. Don’t put yourself in a situation where you will have the same problems again because you failed to fix your unresolved issues together.
If you realize that you are still in love with each other then do everything possible to make things work by correcting the mistakes youve had previously. When left unresolved you will just subject yourself to a never ending cycle of heartaches and pain.
