Any form of activity involving marriage is a marital affair and a great concern for married people. Many of us dont realize it but our governance of society is based upon a great virtue, one of transparency and accountability. Yes, where civil documentation is concerned, we handshake with our government upon our Public Records, the Freedom to Information Act ensures that. There are numerous categories of public records and those pertaining to criminal violations include Arrest, Inmate, Sex Offender, Police Records and several others.
Out of these, one of the favorites is Arrest Records. It is popular because an entry to the arrest history is made whenever an arrest is made and it will stand no matter what the outcome from the arrest is. This way, it will capture even the dropped, dismissed, reduced or acquitted cases such as fines, warnings, community work and other forms of punitive action without detention. This applies to Military personnel as well.
Being Public Records, anyone has the right to access and view anybodys Arrest Records as long as its done legitimately. Free Arrest Records can be retrieved at government agencies tasked with the function.
